Want to cook juicy, moist chicken on the barbeque?
The key to cooking chicken is ‘low and slow’. Wait until the chicken is cooked through before basting with the sauce. Give it a couple of minutes on the fire for the sauce to glaze the meat. For more recipe ideas and cooking hints, see our ‘Cooking with Cambrian’ page.
Do you want your meat order delivered right to your door?
Starting Tuesday 23 February 2010 and every Tuesdays afterwards, you can get delivery to the Lower North Shore (Hauraki Corner to Devonport
Only). Deliveries arrive between 4pm-5.30pm every Tuesday right to your door. Orders must be placed before Monday
5.30pm (the day before) and there is a minimum purchase of $60.00 required. Please note that a $5.00 delivery charge applies to all deliveries. For any questions about our delivery service, or about any of our products, please contact Blair on 09 357 4399 during shop hours.
