How to order / Terms & Conditions

There are 3 simple ways to order, fax this form to 07-577-1436 , ring 0508-226-274 or go online.

Goods are vacuum packed and sent overnight in a polybin by courier. (Usually Courier Post).

ORDERS are delivered Wednesday Thursday or Friday only.

Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for your order to be processed.

If a parcel is unable to be signed for then an “OK TO LEAVE” instruction must be provided.

DELIVERY CHARGE: A delivery charge applies to all orders.

All transactions are processed manually and not on line.

DELIVERY: Please indicate any special delivery instructions, eg, where to leave the goods if you are not home (at front door, or back porch). If a customer is not at home to take delivery ofthe goods, the goods will NOT be left at the delivery address.The Courier will leave you a ‘card’.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS: Placing an order with Cambrian means that you have read and accepted our Terms & Conditions.

Delivery is normally within TWO working days from Wednesday to Friday. In the case of a Rural Delivery, your order will be sent to a pre-arranged destination, for you to collect at an agreed time.
All products are vacuum packed to seal in the freshness, this allows you to either store in the fridge for up to 10 days, or to transfer directly to the freezer, without losing any quality. Please note SOME products, like sausages and chicken, will come frozen due to the lack of preservatives.
OUR GUARANTEE: If you are not happy, then neither are we. So don't tell others, tell us.
