Handy Cooking Hint

Standing time is a must when cooking any solid cut of beef. Cover the beef to retain heat and letting it stand for 3-5 minutes after cooking. This leaves you with a more tender cut of beef than if you carved it straight away..

Want to cook juicy, moist chicken on the barbeque?
