Standing time is a must when cooking any solid cut of beef. Cover the beef to retain heat and letting it stand for 3-5 minutes after cooking. This leaves you with a more tender cut of beef than if you carved it straight away.

Delivery is normally within TWO working days from Tuesday to Friday. (Mondays & Saturdays by arrangement). In the case of a Rural Delivery, your order will be sent to a pre-arranged destination, for you to collect at an agreed time.
All products are vacuum packed to seal in the freshness, this allows you to either store in the fridge for up to 10 days, or to transfer directly to the freezer, without losing any quality. Please note SOME products, like sausages and chicken, will come frozen due to the lack of preservatives.
